Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. As our products are movie posters, they must be returned flat, undamaged, and inside their original packaging (the original protective mailer) to prevent transit damage.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Final sale or clearance items (regular items purchased with standard discount codes are still eligible).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 3 business days regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (Damaged upon arrival)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If your poster arrives damaged, please email us at info@absolutecinemahk.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@absolutecinemahk.com. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure the poster are packed securely; if a returned item arrives damaged due to poor packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
